Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within Canada and USA are either shipped by courier, USP, Canada Post. Orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 96 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping Charges and Options are automatically calculated by the shopping cart at time of Check Out and will be listed on your invoice.
You have a right to cancel the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered prior to the product being shipped. Should you cancel the order prior to shipping we will then refund you the price you have paid less a $10 handling fee for the products. Cancelled orders will be refunded or Voided within 48 hours if the product has not been shipped.
All sales are final, returns or refunds are accepted at the sole discretion of Serene MedSpa in the event there are faulty or damages goods. If refunds are accepted, refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items by Serene MedSpa. All other payment methods will be refunded within 30 days of reciept of returned goods.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us (416) 624-8544 within 3 working days of order receipt. Refund or replacement course of action will be determined at that time.
Please CALL US before returning any items for authorization.Goods returned without authorization will be either disposed of or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER NUMBER(email). , NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER NO. can be found at the top of the payment receipt you received with your order.
